Pure Performance's world-class program utilizes today's top technology and resources to help design and create a program to target an individual's needs. Our experienced staff has a proven method for analyzing the data and implementing plans that work for players. The assessment will identify a wide range of potential flaws and areas for improvement that impact a hitter's performance both physically and mentally.

This assessment will thoroughly uncover and address biomechanic joint limitations for athletes to ensure they get the most out of their body while training at Pure Performance Hitting. You'll meet with a Resilient Performance Therapist who specializes in the care and performance of baseball players. With experience working with athletes from the MLB down to youth baseball, the Resilient team will help take your game to the next level while also providing ongoing support to improve performance and stay healthy with hitting and throwing. 

Optimizing performance is a team effort and the collaboration of your Pure Performance Hitting coach and Resilient Doctor will ensure no limitations will stop you from reaching your potential.
